HomeAid currently have exciting opportunities for domiciliary care within Hounslow, as we continue to grow, we need to add more carers to the HomeAid family. We offer excellent rates of pay and are looking for both full-time and part-time carers. The hours are flexible, but could include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

  • Working with a multidisciplinary team of health and social care professionals, providing clinical and domiciliary care to service users in their home.
  • To provide appropriate care and support from a defined care plan. This will include aspects of personal care, hygiene and exercise activities.
  • To support the service users to experience better life opportunities, which can promote health and their wellbeing
  • Maintain full and comprehensive records.
