Our Staff

Staff at HomeAid provide friendly and flexible support to cover a wide range of specialist areas, including but not limited to: general elderly care, care to those with learning and physical disabilities and dementia.

Staff are thoroughly vetted to determine skills and experience to suit individual service users’ needs.

HomeAid staff all undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (CRB) checks and regularly undertake quality assurance visits and quality control checks.

They are all trained in key areas including but not limited to – Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.
